Impact of Additive Zeolite on Cs~+ Leaching Rate of Solidified Cement of High Level Liquid Waste

Simulated high level liquid waste was pretreated with zeolite as additive.After the solidification of alkali activated slag cement,Cs+ leaching rate was studied.Results revealed that zeolite as additive in simulated high level liquid waste reduced Cs+ leaching rate,and the resistance of Cs+ leaching increased after zeolite was added in two-step method.Adsorptive capacity increased when pH value increased.The study was useful to enhance efficiency of treatment of high level liquid waste.
