In optimizing biogas fermentation process of agricultural wastes, the orthogonal tests were conducted in a lab scale fermentation unit equipped with a temperature controller.Materials such as pig dung, dry straw, green grass and pumpkin leaves were used with controlled ratios of C/N,temperature and total solid. It was found that some trace nutrition elements assisted in biogas yielding, such as cobalt(Co).
