Study on Fermentative Hydrogen Production of Obligate Anaerobic Bactium With Glucose

The ability of hydrogen production by anaerobic strains Bacteria P was studied by the method of batch culture in different culture conditions such as glucose concentration,initial pH and inoculation ratio.The results showed that obligate anaerobic bactium P is an efficient hydrogen production strains.When the conditions are controlled as glucose concentration of 10 g/L,initial pH 6.0,inoculation ratio 1∶20,fermentation gas production and dry cell weight both reach the maximum were 485mL and 0.836 g/L.
