Culture Medium Filtration for Culturing 3 Varieties of Iris germanica into Seedling by Tissue Directly

Under the culture condition for imitating nature climate,through the integrated analytic ways of culture seeding form target,Culture medium for culturing 3 varieties of Iris germanica into seedling by tissue directly was filtrated.The results showed:the best adaption culture medium to I.germanica 'Sundoll' and I.germanica `Immortality' plant in one step was MS+KT 0.5 mg·L-1+IBA 1 mg·L-1+α-NAA 0.6 mg·L-1+sucrose 30 g·L-1+agar 8 g·L-1+activated carbon 0.3%,pH 6.7;the best adaption culture medium to I.germanica 'Bloodstone' plant in one step:MS+KT 0.5 mg·L-1+IBA 1 mg·L-1+α-NAA 0.2 mg·L-1+sucrose 30 g·L-1+agar 8 g·L-1+activated carbon 0.3%,pH 6.7.
