Preparation of synergic fat-soluble tea polyphenols solution and antioxidative properties in edible plant oils

The fat soluble synergic tea polyphenols solution was prepared by using mixed nonionic surfactants as solvent. The antioxidative activity of synergic fat soluble tea polyphenols is higher than that of synthetic antioxidants such as butylated hydroxytoluene and tertiary butylhydroquinone, and the oxidation products of tea polyphenols in the range of its used mass fraction had no influences on the color and lightness of plant oil. The paper also discussed the synergic tea polyhenols solution antioxidative mechanism in plant oil and surface active agent solubilization mechanism in nonaqueous system.
