Calcium spraying and its effect on the calcium content and flesh browning in fruit of nane

The calcium content in fruit of nane was increased by spraying 15 g·L -1 of Ca (NO 3) 2 and the best effect was obtained when continuosly spraying in 2, 6, 10 weeks after full bloom, second in 2 weeks. Meanwhile the flesh was prevented from browning by prohibiting PPO activity and decreasing phenolics content and cell membrane permeability.
