Research on Adsorption of Fluorine from Drinking Water by Modified Analcime

Cheng Shi Tang Zhongdao Li Shaoli(Faculty of Material Science and Chemical Engineering,China University of Geosciences,Wuhan 430074)  
The defluorination effect of different way modified analcime was studied.And the influence of the adsorbed time,the sulfate radical ion and the pH-value to the defluorination were researched.The results indicated that,the lg analcime modified by high temperature and aluminum sulfate for 100ml water with fluorin 5mg/L,when the pH-value was 6.5,after 20 minutes absorb,the absorb quantity to fluorin was reached 420μg/g.Residual fluorine content is under 1mg/L,it was meet national standard of drinking water.
