Application of Chemically Combined Water Content Method in Evaluation on Activation Process of Added-Calcium Coal Gangue

In the case of lower amount of CaO, the suitable calcination temperature of added-calcium coal gangue is 1150℃. The experiment can approve that, with extending of hydration time, hydration degree of every sample can be increasing gradually, and with increasing of alkali concentration in the liquid medium, the amount of chemically combined water can be increasing gradually and activity of added-calcium coal gangue is better. The activation of K2 coal gangue is best, which is composed of 71% coal gangue, 25% limestone, 3% gypsum and 1% fluorite. The experiment can also approve that the mechanical property of added-calcium coal gangue is in accordance with the results of the experiment of activity evaluation.
