Preparation and Performance of Conductive Nanocomposites of Polyaniline/Attapulgite

Nanocompositie of polyaniline/attapulgite doped with hydrochloric acid(HCl-PANI/ATP) was in-situ synthesised by using attapulgite(ATP) as nuclear body at first,then dedoped in the ammonia solution,and nanocompositie of polyaniline/attapulgite doped with sulfosalicylic acid(SSA(HCl)-PANI/ATP) was prepared by the secondary doping process.The prepared samples were researched by thermogravimetry(TG),differential thermal analysis(DTA),Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),particle size analyzer and electrical conductivity tests respectively.The results showed that the volume resistivity of SSA(HCl)-PANI/ATP decreased from 10 Ω·cm to 2 Ω·cm,its conducting stability increased from 90℃ to 120℃,its average size dropped from 383.6 nm to 261.6 nm in comparison with HCl-PANI/ATP.Compared with the traditional doping method,the amount of SSA could reduce about 33.3%.
