Professional Psychological Quality Structure of Students in Normal Universities and the Scale Compilation

A theoretical frame concerning professional psychological quality structure of Chinese students in normal universities has been constructed,on the basis of previous researches and our further theoretic analysis after dialogues and questionnaires,and a scale has been compiled on professional psychological quality of students in normal universities.After the analysis of probing factors and testifying factors,we find that the professional psychological quality of students in normal universities is composed of five aspects: cognition of the profession,basic teaching ability,attitude to the profession value,teaching morals and professional character quality.The scale is found to be comparatively credible and effective,based on the surveying of 440 students,and it can be used as an effective tool to study and check the professional psychological quality of students in normal universities.
