High-precision Algorithm and Procedure Develop for the Linear Parallelism Error

This paper seeks another solution to the algorithm of the linear parallelism error and makes the algorithm of the linear parallelism error converge toward minimum area by moving outer cylinder axis to shorten its diameter constantly.
