An Analysis of Nutrient Constituents and Development Prospects of Rubus corchorifolius L f Fruit in Fujian Province

Based on an analysis of nutrient constituents of R.corchorifolius L f fruit in fujian province.The result has been shown that the fruit is rich in amino acid(20 84mg/g·FW),contains at least 17 kinds of amino acids including 8 necessities of the human body.SOD content of the fruit is up to 237.98mg/g·FW.Inorganic elements are abundant, especially Se.The fatty acids in seed oid were analysed by GLC,the major components were palmitic acid(20 91%),oleic acid (15 13%),linoleic acid (46 56%),linolenic acid(11 66).In addition,sugar,proteins,organic acids and vitamin are also abundant in the fruit,and indicated that the fruit is of value in nourishment and in health protection, and of potential value in exploitation and utilization.
