Optimization of Fermentation Conditions of the Thermostable Acid Protease from Aspergillus niger A-2580

JIANG Yong mei,ZHANG Wen xian,XIE Bi feng,SHI Qiao qin (Bioengineering College, Fujian Teachers University, Fuzhou 350007,China)  
A yellow mutant of Aspergillus which can produce thermostable acid protease was obtained.Authors adjusted the fermentation conditions and come to a conclusion. The optimum medium is(g/L): bran 21 6, bean cake powder 48 4, NH 4Cl 2, KH 2PO 4 0 8, pH4~5 The enzyme activity can reach 6700 u/ml after 72 h when it is cultured at 30℃.
