Teacher's Job Satisfaction and Teacher's Encouragement

LI Li-ping,HUANG Qiao-xiang(XiangNan University,Chenzhou, Hunan 423000, China)  
Through the teachers' job satisfaction questionnaire that handed out to the Primary and Middle school in ChenZhou HuNan,We find that teachers are relatively satisfied with salary,work character,and social interaction,comparing to physics condition,development and promotion,administration. Correspondingly,the school should take measures to stimulate teachers such as improving condition,offering development opportunity,participating in management,lightening oppression,etc.
