The Theoretical Bases of Personal Educational Beliefs of Teachers

We should make a clear definition of the concept of "personal educational beliefs of teachers" in order to deepen researches about teachers' educational beliefs. There are some theoretical bases of "personal educational beliefs of teachers", such as the naissance of individual philosophy, the legitimacy and positive significance of prejudice, the apocalypse of theory of schma and constructivism, the change of view of knowledge and the raising of "personal knowledge". Perhaps this analysis can provide some inspirations on methodology.
