Postal Delivering System in Gansu in Qing Dynasty

The postal delivering system in Gansu was an important part of postal system throughout the dynasties.This article attempts to introduce the establishment,distribution and management of the post-houses in Gansu in Qing dynasty.It points out that the postal delivering system was greatly developed and perfected in Qing dynasty and concludes that the delivering system in Gansu was an important component of the whole postal system,and it helped consolidate the frontier and promote the economic development of Qing dynasty.
