Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 35 patients with heart disease

Objective:To explore the methods of anesthesia and operation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with heart disease.Methods:The clinical data of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 35 patients with heart disease were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The anesthesia and operation were successful in all of 35 cases, in which 25 patients were injected nitroglycerin because of myocardial ischemia. Infection of the lungs were found in 3 cases. No death occurred in this study.Conclusions:The adequately preoperative preparation and montioring in operation are the keys of success for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with heart disease.
