Sweet sorghum leaf resistance and correlation analysis of main agronomic traits

The relationship between content,resistance of sweet sorghum leaves and each component of the occurrence time,location and distribution of varieties was studies.The main agronomic characters of leaf resistance components SOD,flavonoids and Vc and varieties were determined by different methods.The existence of correlation between stress components in leaves and main agronomic traits was proved,of which the relationship was close as well.Vc and yield reached significant level,SOD and flavonoids,yield traits and quality traits were positively related to higher values.It was confirmed that SOD mainly distributed in vein,flavonoids was found in the mesophyll,Vc was found in all parts of the leaves.The resistance component of all varieties showed higher content in later growth,especially at heading stage and filling stage performance.Varieties Jitianza No.1has better performance.
