The Determination of Microamount of Copper in the Tea Leaves by Spectrophotometry with 1 (2 Pyridylazo) 2 Napthol

The microamounts of copper in the tea leaves were determined by using PAN as colored indicator under the coexistence of the negative ion tenside SDBS and the non ionic tenside Tween 80. The experiment results showed that the maximum absorptive length of PAN Cu was 556nm at pH 1~2, and it could be stable for 24 hours. The linear range of copper was 0~40 mg/25mL. The superfacial male absorption coefficient ε=1.95×10 4 L· cm 1 ·mol 1 .
