Study on the separation of evaluation and engagement,and level differential management on nursing manpower resource

Objective To study the effect of the separation of headship evaluation and engagement,and level differential management on nursing professional,and to motivate nurses workers.Method Make standards in details,set positions in different level and kinds according to hospital's needs.Choose the right person for each position,set salary accordingly.Using contracts as a management way;popularize positions and standards. Apply personally or recommend by different departments.Choose qualified staff members,having evaluation system both in hospital level and department level.Make the competition for each work position fair and public.Have eliminating and changing position systems.Results(1) Set position in different level and kinds nursing group.Through contracts management promote nurses' attitudes.Conclusion Using nursing resources management to it's maximize realized the changes from identity nursing management to position management.
