Qian Li,Cao JialiLianyungang Women and Children Health Hospital,Lianyungang(222006),China
Objective To explore the significance of changes of serum IL-6,T,LH,FSH,PRL levels in male patients with infertility. Methods Serum IL-6,T,LH,FSH,PRL(with RIA) were measured in 68 male patients with infertility and 35 controls. Results Serum T levels were significantly lower in the patients than those in controls(P0.01),while the serum IL-6,FSH,LH,PRL levels were significantly higher in the patients(P0.01).Serum IL-6 levels were negatively correlated with T levels in the patients(r=-0.4186,P0.01),and positively correlated with FSH,LH and PRL levels(r=0.6018,0.5912,0.6214,P0.01).Conclusion Serum IL-6,T,LH,FSH,PRL levels were significantly changes in male patients with infertility and determination of which might be infertility and of prognostic importance.
