Progress on Research and Application in Microwave Catalysis

Microwave catalysis is an important branch of microwave chemistry,and it is the focus of international research.It can not only speed up chemical reaction,improve chemical electivity and enhance the purity of production,but also save energy source and reduce pollution.The research indicates that microwave catalysis can change the chemical conditions with other catalysts in organic synthesis,improve the reaction efficiency,and even can synthesize organics that can not be obtained in routine ways.In the aspect of dealing with organic waste water,the pollution can completely be degraded.Microwave calcinations can be used to prepare the vanadium catalyst with higher activity and strengthen.Moreover,microwave catalysis could also be applied in oil chemistry,material production.
