Research Progress on Advanced Structural Ceramic Materials

Lu Xuecheng Ren Ying (Handling Equipment Mechanical Department,Academy of Military Transportation Tianjin 300161)  
Because of the excellent properties of high melting temperature,high strength,high hardness,wear resistant,erosion resistant and oxidation resistant,ceramics plays an unreplaceable role over metals and other materials in many application fields.This article summarized the current application and development trend of advanced structural ceramic materials.
