RECENT DEVELOPMENT OF MICROARC OXIDATION TECHNOLOGY IN CHINA

XU Yong (Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650093, China)  
Based on the papers on microarc oxidation technology published in China, the formation mechanism, technology parameters, structures and qualities of ceramic coatings on aluminum and aluminum alloys by microarc oxidation technology are reviewed.
