INTERFERENCES IN HYDRIDE GENERATION-ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY/ATOMIC FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETRY AND THEIR ELIMINATION

The interferences in hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry/atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the methods for their elimination were reviewed. The topic consists of five parts: 1, the classification of the interferences; 2, the identification of gas phase interference and liquid phase interference; 3, the mechanism of liquid phase interference; 4, the mechanism of gas phase interference; 5, methods used for the elimination of the interferences.
