Enhancement of Hydrogen Peroxide for Fluorescence System of 8-Aminoquinoline Derivative-Copper (Ⅱ )and Cobalt ( Ⅱ ) and Related Mechanism

Three series of new derivatives of 8-aminoquinoline were introduced, and their fluorimetric reactions with copper ( Ⅰ ) and cobalt ( Ⅰ ) were investigated. The law effecting the structures of reagent on the fluorimetric reaction has been found . The effect of hydrogen peroxide on the fluorescence system of copper . and cobalt was tested ,and it was found that hydrogen peroxide could make the fluorescence to enhance. The mechanism of enhancement was discussed. The form of mixed-ligand complexes was basic reason of enhancement.
