Determination of Cinnarizine and Its Adsorptive Voltammetric Behavior

In a supporting electrolyte containing KC1-HC1 at pH 2. 30,a sensitive adsorptive wave of cinna-rizine has been obtained by single-sweep polarography. The peak potential is -1. 47V (vs. SCE). The relationship between peak height and concentration of cinnarizine is linear in the range of 1. 0×10-7-1.0×10-6 mol/L. The polarographic behavior is discussed in detail.
