Simultaneous Determination of Molybdenum, Tungsten and Titanium With a Flow Injection-Multiple Standard Addition-Synergetic Coefficient Compensation Method

A multiple standard addition method for the simultaneous determination of multi components was proposed based on the double standard additions, and it had been applied to the determination of molybdenum, tungsten and titanium. The condition for the determina tion was [Salicyl fluorone (SAF)] = 1. 25 ×10-4 mol/L, [Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB)]=2- 5 ×10-3mol/L, pH 1. 35, 25℃ The injection time was 18 s,and the sam pling rate was 128 samples/h. The concept of synergetic coefficient of ternary systems was defined in order to eliminate the deviation of absorbance from additivity. The linear concen tration range for molybdenum, tungsten and titanium after compensation was 0. 05 ~0. 35,0. 25~ 1.00 and 0.025~0.30 mg/L respectively. The rnehtod had been used to determine the content of molybdenum, tungsten and titanium in simulated samples and a steel sample.and the results are satisfactory.
