Protein-Based Chiral Stationary Phase in High Performance Liquid Chromatography

A review is presented on protein-based chiral stationary phase (CSP) for chiral resolution in HPLC, including preparaty, property and application- Especially, the application of α1-AGP, CBH-I and OVM columns in medical and biological fluid samples are highlighted. The study of mechanism of chiral resolution on protein-based CSP is.introduced. 51references are dealed with in this paper.
