Reverse Flow Injection Chemiluminescence Determination of Glucose

A new reverse flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of glucose is described. The method is based on that glucose enhances the CL reaction of lumi- nol with K7Cu(IO6)2 in potassium hydroxide medium. The proposed method allows quantita- tion of glucose concentration in the 4×10-7-8 × 10-5 mg/L range with a detection limit of 1. 8 × 10-7 mg/L, RSD= 2. 0%
