Preparation of Silver Nanoparticles in the Presence of Polyacrylamide by Microwave High-pressure Synthesis Method and Its Spectral Properties

The silver nanoparticles in yellow color were prepared by microwave high pressure synthetical method, using polyacrylamide as reducing agent and stabilizer. The maximun absorption peak of silver colloidal is at 421.6 nm, and its strongest resonance scattering peak is at 470 nm. The influence of main conditions on the microwave reaction was studied with absorption spectrometry and resonance scattering spectroscopy. The experimental the result showed that the silver nanoparticles had well distributity and good stability. The average diameter of silver nanoparticles is 66 nm. The procedure was rapid and convenient.
