The Fluorescence Characteristic of Terbium-Enoxacine Complex and Its Application

The fluorescence property of terbium-enoxacine (ENX) complex and the effect of reaction conditions were studied. It was found that in near neutral media. Tb can react with ENX to form 1∶2 complex. After intramolecular energy transfer, the system shows the characteristic fluorescence of Tb. The linear relationship of fluorescence intensity and ENX concentration was in the range of 0.016~1.6 mg/L. Based on this, a new simple, rapid and sensitive method was proposed. This method has been successfully applied to the analysis of untreatment urine samples, The average recovery was 98.7%~101.0% and the RSD was 0 3%~1.0%.
