Application of Molecular Imprinting Technique in Sample Pretreatment

Molecularly imprinted polymer can be used to highly selective separation and enrichment of trace analyte in complicated biological,medicine and environmental samples because of its characteristics of high selectivity,chemical stability,easy preparation,so the application of molecular imprinting technique in(sample) pretreatment was especially remarkable.This review introduces the basic principle of molecular(imprinting) technique and summarizes its application in sample pretreatment including molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction,molecularly imprinted solid-phase microextraction and molecularly imprinted membrane separation technique.
