Garlic and Health

SHAO Guoqiang(Zhejiang Education Institute, Hangzhou 310012, China)  
Garlic is the human's healthy food. The article introduces the chemical ingredients,physiological function, deodorantmethod, and the productexploitationof garlic. It aims at knowing garlic, preventing diseases, and promoting health.
