A Stopped FIA Kinetic Method for Simultaneous Determination of a Binary Mixtire compensated by Synergistic Catalytic Coefficient

Then synergistic catalytic effect of mercury(Ⅱ)and silver(Ⅰ)on the ligand substitution reaction between hexacyanoferrate(Ⅱ)and α,α'-bipyridyl with thiourea as an activator had been studied, and the concept of synergistic catalytic coefficient(D)was defined.A novel kinetic method for simultaneous determination of binary mixture was proposed by compensating the deviations of absorbance from additivity resultsd from the synergistic effect. the linear concentration reanges were enlarged,and the detection limits were improved with respect to the previous established procedure.Mercury(Ⅱ) and Silver(Ⅰ) content in environmental samples had been determined with the proposed procedure,and the results are satisfactory.
