Analysis of celestial body’s activity on crustal stress and rock burst

Influence of celestial body’s activity on rock burst occurrence is researched by theory analysis and explained with the statistical data of rock burst accidents in Chinese coal mines.The stress-difference among the different latitudes induced by the variety of earth rotation velocity affects the rock burst occurrence.Furthermore,the months when rock burst easily occurs in one year,the influence of solar activity on mine quake occurrence,and the influence of moon-sun tide stress on rock burst occurrence are also analyzed.Celestial body’s activity can obviously change the crustal stress state,further affect the rock burst occurrence,so it is one of the important factors controlling the rock burst occurrence.The activity of the sun,earth and the moon has obvious influence on rock burst in the coal and rock body in the state of critical instability.
