Design and implementation of general geographic coordinates transformation class

LI Chun-yan,WANG Jia-hai,ZHENG Yan(Department of Surveying Engineering,Liaoning Technical University,Fuxin 123000,China)  
To solve the problems of difference geographic coordinates transformation,the paper adopts the methods of establishing general coordinate transformation class,and implements the coordinate transformation.The paper introduces the geodetic coordinate system and the projected coordinate system;it elaborates the transforming ways between the geodetic coordinate system and the projected coordinate system.Besides,the paper also discusses the ways of optimizing transformation,verifies the results through practical data.
