Kinematics model on the working patterns of drilling of longitudinal-axial-roadheader

To solve the effects of cutting geometry parameter and kinematics parameters on truncation tooth speed and acceleration in the drilling progress of part-face longitudinal-axial-roadheader.Through analysis the moving path of the truncation tooth is given when the roadheader is drilling.The single truncation tooth spiral line equation of the roadheader in drilling condition is established.The equation of the movement velocity and acceleration is derived.The moving model established will lay the foundations for the kinematics and dynamics characteristics research of roadheader cutting patterns and the improvement of machine operating perfomences.
