Real-time pre-storage & pre-discharge method of dynamic control range of reservoir limited elevation and its application

Based on the summary of recent research progress,this paper analyzes the main idea of real-time reservoir limited elevation dynamic control.A detail application of real-time pre-storage pre-discharge method of dynamic control of reservoir limited elevation is described on Biliuhe Reservoir ‘8.8’ flood operation in 2005.The results indicate that compared with the traditional operation methods dynamic control operation stores more 0.4 ×108 m3 water while no flood control risks are increased.
