Modeling on intelligent control system with function simulation based on KPCA

In order to simulate human behavior to achieve intelligent control,a mathematical modeling method is presented in this paper,which is based on kernel function principal component analysis (KPCA) and weighted support vector machine. Sampling data from input space are mapped to high-dimensional feature space using non-linear transformation; subsequently their features are extracted by PCA to achieve the reconstruction of phase-space. Therefore,the model is constructed using weighted support vector regression (SVR) method. In a case study,the simulation of skilled bike riders was conducted. The mathematical model of complex system had been reconstructed and the intelligent control of complex objects had been achieved. The simulation results prove that the system model has high precision. Comparing with human control,the system demonstrates a good control.
