The Research of Methodology of Spectiation Analysis of Trace Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Licorice root, dried tangerine peel and a prescription containing 13 diverse drugs were used as typical samples to study the methodology of speciation analysis of trace elements in the drugs. The scheme of primary and secondary level of the speciation analysis and corresponding methods of sample preparation were proposed. The results of the determination of 16 components, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cr,Mo,Se,B,K,Ca,Mg,F~- ,Cl~-, SO_4~(2-) and PO_4~(2-) (and NO_3~-) in above mentioned samples by means of AAS, HPLC,IC etc,are given. Eight parameters and eight species distributions of the primary and secondary-level speciation analysis,such as extractive rate,immerse-residue ratio, etc. and granule adsorbate, free ions content, etc. in the samples were calculated.
