Determination of dopamine and ascorbic acid at ferrocene modified carbon black microelectrodes

The electrochemical behaviors of ascorbic acid(AA) and dopamine (DA) at ferrocene modified carbon black microelectrodes were studied. In pH 4.50 phosphate buffer solution, the linear range for determining DA was 2.0×10~(-6)~4.0×10~(-3) mol/L with the detection limit(3σ) of 1.0×10~(-6) mol/L. The linear range for determining AA was 6.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-3) mol/L with the detection limit (3σ) of 2.0×10~(-6) mol/L.
