Determination of selenium in danggui blood-supplementing decoction by atomic fluorescence spectrometry

A method for the determination of selenium in danggui blood-supplementing decoction by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was presented.The contents and solubility of selenium in different decoctions and different extraction methods were compared.The effect of phospholipids on the solubility of selenium in different decoctions was investigated.The recoveries of the method for selenium were in the range of 93.8%~95.0%.The solubility of selenium was the highest at the ratio of angelica sinensis to radix astragali(1/5,w/w).The method was proved to be simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
