Determination of prometryne in seaweed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

A solid phase extration-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPE-GC-MS) was proposed for determining prometryne residue in seaweed.Prometryne residue was extracted from seaweed with acetonitrile.Extract was cleaned-up by active carbon SPE column connected to amino SPE cartridge.Analytical screening was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-selected ion monitoring.The limit of quantification was 2 μg/kg,the recoveries were 90%~120% at three spiked levels of 10,20 and 100 μg/kg,and the CVs were below 7.1%.The method is selective,sensitive,reliable and stable.
