Analysis of seven pesticides in vegetables by accelerated solvent extraction-solid phase extraction-liquid chromatography

A accelerated solvent extraction-solid phase extraction-liquid chromatograpic method for the determination of amitraz,monocrotophos,isocarbophos,paclobutrazol,nemacur,2,4-D and buprofezin in vegetables has been developed.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile using accelerated solvent extraction,enriched and cleaned up by ODS-C18 solid phase extraction column.Chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column using 70%methanol+10% acetonitrile+20% water as mobile phase.The results demonstrated that all the linear ranges were 30~360μg/L,with detection limits ranging from 0.003μg/g to 0.024μg/g.The average recoveries for all seven pesticides ranged from 96.3% to 110% with RSDs below 5%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of these pesticides in vegetables.
