Determination of Tin Utilizing Hydride Generation from Alkaline Solution by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

In this paper ,the hydride generation of Sn from Sn NaOH KBH 4 was studied.The EDTA TEA was used to eliminate the interference of Fe and other ions.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0~4μg Sn,the sensitivity and detection limit were 0.004μg/mL/1% and 0.008mg/L,respectively .The method has been used to determine Sn in steel with safistactory results.
