Study on the Fluorescence Quench Phenomena in Three dimension Fluorescence Determination of Crude Oils

Lu Jingci (School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Shanghai University,Shanghai 201800) and Yong Kelan (School of Life Sciences,SHanghai University,Shanghai 201800),  
The quench phenomena in three dimension fluorescence determination of crude oils were studied and the high concentration of sample is the primary factor of fluorescence quench,which will cause the distortion of contour plots and result in false analytical data and error characters of spectra.In this case,it is impossible to obtain the three dimension fluorescence fingerprint spectra of crude oils.We also describe a pretest mothod to avoid fluorescence quench and give the optimum concentration ranges for determination of various orude oils.
