Study on the Kinetics of Tetralin Hydrocracking over Mo-Ni/USY Dual Functional Catalyst

The kinetics of tetralin hydrocracking over Mo\|Ni/USY bifunctional catalyst with stable activity has been studied using a continuous flow microreactor. The distribution of products and model of kinetics of tetralin hydrocracking were obtained at 320~400 ℃ and under 4.5~8.5 MPa, and the rate constants and activation energies of each step were calculated. The effects of reaction conditions on the major reaction direction of network of tetralin hydrocracking were discussed. The results showed that Mo\|Ni/USY bifunctional catalyst possesses good activity for cracking and isomerization, and hydrogenation is the predominant reaction at low temperature and under high pressure, while cracking and isomerization are predominant at high temperature and under low pressure.
