Catalytic Ammoniation of Methyl Ethyl Ketone Using New Ni-B Alloy Catalysts Supported on Modified Palygorskite

A series of Palygorskite supported Ni-B amorphous alloy catalysts were prepared via chemical-reduction method,and characterized by XRD,XPS and TEM technique.Moreover,the catalytic performance of the catalysts were investigated in the ammoniation of methyl ethyl ketone.It was found that the catalytic activities strongly depended on the concentration of the sulfuric acid,which was used in acidification of Palygorskite.
