Promoting Eco-friendly Sizing Technology:A Solution for Solving Environmental Pollution Problem

The influence of PVA sizing on environment,energy-saving and discharge reduction as well as printing and dyeing quality is discussed in this paper.Using PVA sizing can significantly increase the wastewater treatment costs of printing dyeing plants.Domestically-developed eco-friendly sizes have better properties than PVA and world-leading price/performance ratio.They can be used as substitutes for PVA sizes.In order to promote eco-friendly sizing technology,so as to realize cleaner production and reach the goals of the "12th Five-year Plan",the author gave some suggestions.
